Frozen berry yoghurt in an instant

So simple and easy to make, this impressive frozen yoghurt dessert inspired by Jamie Oliver can be whipped up in just minutes and made all year round, using frozen berries of any kind.

500g frozen berries
500g Greek yoghurt
4 tbsp of honey
few springs of fresh mint

To serve

1 punnet fresh berries
Extra sprigs of mint


  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until they reach a smooth ice cream consistency
  2. Serve in a chilled bowl, and garnish with extra mint and fresh berries if desired
