The Farmer Jack’s Philosophy
Farmer Jack’s is a wholly Western Australian business that is proud to stand behind our State’s farmers and support the local economy.
We not only source and stock a huge range of local products and promote the Buy West Eat Best message, but also support the agricultural sector in times of need.
Farmer Jack’s gives support to initiatives such as the WA Signature Dish competition, intended to promote quality local produce. We also frequently support local community organisations and their fund raising activities.
Our local sourcing policy ensures that, whenever possible, we source in-season Western Australian produce as our first priority. Our second sourcing market is other Australian growing regions, followed by overseas markets for in-demand produce that cannot be sourced locally to meet our high quality standards.
We provide a range of full time, part time and casual employment to over 650 people across our 11 stores and pride ourselves on low staff turnover and being an employer of choice. Each Farmer Jack’s Supermarket has a dedicated Manager who is on hand to respond to customer feedback.

Our mission at Farmer Jack’s is:
