Pawpaws are sweet, with a custard-like texture, and a flavor somewhat similar to banana, mango, and pineapple. They are commonly eaten raw, but are also used to make a variety of desserts.
You only need 5 minutes and 3 ingredients for this creamy yoghurt parfait recipe. Layers of yoghurt, fresh pawpaw, and crunchy sesame snaps combine for a perfect grab-and-go breakfast, snack, or dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 pawpaw, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 300ml Greek Yoghurt
- 120g Golden Days sesame snaps, coarsely chopped

Method
- Process the pawpaw in a food processor just until a coarse puree forms.
- In a glass or jar, layer about ⅓ cup of yogurt, a few spoonfuls of pawpaw, and 2 tablespoons of chopped sesame snaps. Repeat the layers.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with additional sesame snaps, if desired.
