A quick and delicious weekday dinner

  • 4 boneless skin-on chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Cooking time: 20 mins


  1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees C.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season them on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the chicken breasts skin side down and cook, without moving them for 5 minutes or until the skin is crisp and golden brown.
  5. Transfer the pan to the oven. Bake the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
