Ingredients
- 4 boneless skin-on chicken breasts
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbs olive oil

Cooking time: 20 mins
Method
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees C.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season them on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken breasts skin side down and cook, without moving them for 5 minutes or until the skin is crisp and golden brown.
- Transfer the pan to the oven. Bake the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
