Smoked garlic is a unique ingredient that adds a smoky and savory flavor to dishes. It is made by slow-smoking whole garlic bulbs until they become tender and infused with a smoky aroma. The smoking process transforms the pungent and sharp taste of raw garlic into a mellow and slightly sweet flavor profile. Smoked garlic can be used in a variety of culinary preparations, including roasted meats, soups, stews, sauces, and marinades.

This smoked garlic pasta made with roasted peppers, cream and herbs is a  delicious and easy weeknight meal. This recipe is vegetarian friendly but also goes great with chicken and chorizo.
