It has fresh herbs, tons of flavorful roasted garlic and covered in a dusting of salty parmesan cheese then baked until perfectly toasted.

 

 

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup  unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf  ciabatta bread

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on tray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, parsley, garlic, garlic powder, salt and half of the parmesan cheese. Spread evenly over bread.
  3. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
