It has fresh herbs, tons of flavorful roasted garlic and covered in a dusting of salty parmesan cheese then baked until perfectly toasted.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread

Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on tray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, parsley, garlic, garlic powder, salt and half of the parmesan cheese. Spread evenly over bread.
- Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
