Ingredients
- 5 large to medium heirloom tomatoes, sliced into rounds
- 1 ball burrata cheese, cut into 8 pieces
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method
- Arrange tomato slices in a shallow layer on a plate.
- Top with fresh basil.
- Add the pieces of burrata cheese.
