Ingredients
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

Method
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Use your hands and massage the red onions to really soak the onions.
- Refrigerate overnight. keep in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
